This is a pre-launch notice describing the implementation. The operator must add its business identity, privacy contact, retention schedule and applicable regional disclosures before accepting live submissions or sales.

What you choose to send

A newsletter signup sends your email to the site database and Resend. A story submission sends your name or alias, email, story, optional location and date, permission acknowledgements and any uploaded image to private storage for editorial review. Submissions are not published automatically.

What runs behind the scenes

The shopping bag uses a secure first-party cookie to remember a Shopify cart. Shopify handles payment and checkout on its own service. When configured, PostHog records limited interaction events and campaign attribution; automatic form capture and session recording are disabled. This implementation respects the browser’s Do Not Track signal for analytics. Sentry receives minimized diagnostic errors, not submission text.

Access and deletion

No live privacy contact is configured yet. Do not submit sensitive personal information during preview. Before launch, the operator must publish a working address for access, correction and deletion requests and configure the necessary consent controls for its audience.
